Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Blend together all of the ingredients in a medium or large mixing bowl.

3. Pour the batter into a non-stick jumbo cupcake pan or a 6-inch cake pan.

4. Insert the pan into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cupcake to cool before serving.
