Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook bacon on medium-high heat in a large skillet until slightly finished (do not allow the bacon to crisp).
Remove bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel, set aside.
In a non-stick muffin pan, line each muffin mold with a piece of bacon and crack one egg into the middle of each mold.
Insert the pan into the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over each egg.
Allow the egg muffin to cool before serving.
