Ingredients
2 cups Organic Frozen Blueberries
3 tbsp Water
1 tsp Organic Lemon Juice
1 tsp Raw Manuka Honey
Directions
In a small to medium saucepan add the blueberries, water, and honey.
As the blueberries begin to simmer, continue to stir as the mixture begins to form a jelly texture.
After ten minutes, remove the pan from heat and whisk in the lemon juice.
Allow compote to cool before serving.
