Heat a medium frying pan on medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl mash both of the bananas.
Add the eggs and continue mashing the mixture.
Add a teaspoon of coconut oil to the frying pan. Once melted pour half of the banana batter into the pan. NOTE: Edges will be browned once the cake is finished frying.
Remove the cake from the pan and pour the remaining batter into the frying pan.
Allow the cakes to cool before serving.
