Do not breed a 2 pound chihuahua. The puppies could be bigger than she can handle and it might kill her. Jack Russell, even a mix, would cause the pups to be bigger inside of her.
Think about why you want to breed her. She doesn’t need her children. If you want a companion for her I suggest the shelter.
